  Everything about my order was incorrect. Ordered a small plain patty for my dog and was missing. Medium Dr. Pepper was missing as well. I'd asked for no onions in patty melt but still came with onions. Shake sizes were also incorrect. I ordered a small banana pudding shake and received a large. Then I ordered a large vanilla shake and received a small. Service was also extremely slow. I had to wait for over an hour to receive my order in the drive thru. Will not be back at this location.

  This location has useless employees. I was the only one in line. The only one that ordered. I waited close to 10 minutes I never was greeted handed a drink or my card taken for the charge for my order. One car pulled up behind me as I sat at the window waiting watching the staff talk goof around and play around. Third car pulls up to the right of me in the right lane away from the window. They were given their drinks and a payment was taken. This location needs new management and probably new employees that take their job serious. This location is gonna lose business for people driving off, and I can guarantee if that’s the employees at this location are making mistakes with orders. No structure

  Any time I stood at this Whataburger location I have the best overall experience. Food is always fresh and made just the way I want. Like, when I say extra onions they make sure it's loaded! Pics for details. Lol. I love my burgers just like this!!!

  I had to wait 30 min for my food and I got there before the rush. I had to ask twice for it and they gave me attitude. The night shift on may 4th, 2026 has no customer skills at all. They brought the orders to all the customers that got there after me. When I asked again they just grabbed it from the kitchen counter and gave it to me. It was sitting there all this time!!! Food was cold, fries super salty to the point we couldn’t eat them and they didn’t follow the specs for the hamburgers. After my workday I just wanted a decent quick meal but end up paying Chili’s hamburgers price tag, getting happy meal quality food with the worst customer service. At least the ranch wraps were good. That’s why the get two stars on food. PS no wait time to get seated but for the food they deserve a Guinness record!!!

  This restaurant was really getting bad. Then it changed owners a few months ago and seemed like everything turned around. Now it's gone right back to poor service, messed up orders, and dirty dining room. It's like the new owner and employees just don't care about providing good service.
