  Second trip in a month & WOW three quesadillas and it was nearly $20! Quesadillas had barely any cheese and chicken, it was 90% chewy tortilla and the rest cheese and chicken. What happened!? I used to love Taco Bell and now it’s over priced and garbage quality. How does that happen! Good bye nostalgia

  DO NOT WALK AWAY WITH MY DEBIT CARD!!!!!! She stayed gone for over 5 minutes And found out she was standing at the register at the 2nd window, so why tell me to sit at the first window? Then still mess up the order.

  Service is the worse. Second time Ive waited over 30 minutes in drive thru and over 9 cars in front of me. They are super slow.

  One of the worst restaurants ever, I’m always loyal to specific things and used to with taco bell for dine inn and online order sometimes. But every time something was missing same thing happened today as well when i called them one lady received the called but neglected everything even she said i didn’t get any orders with your name The burrito was super small like pizza log and no salsa never had such before in any taco in nyc and niagara falls area. Online means whatever you get just send it It’s a shameful,
