  Absolutely horrible. Skinny box dye red hair girl wants to huff off and say she can't deal with this and says im the problem then proceeds to talk crap to another employee because I couldnt understand her mumbling in the microphone. I even apologized for not understanding what she said but she still acted like a brat and a fool. I could have easily come though the window instead of ordering from it, but I chose to give you the respect you didn't deserve nor give anyone else. You need some serious customer service training and get your emotions in control. Cooperate has already been notified, if thats your idea of customer service, dont work where its needed.

  This location has never gotten an order right for me since they opened. There’s always different staff and I’m sure that’s a contributing factor training wise. They even manage to add things to my food that don’t even come on it normally.

  So we drive several miles out of the way to come to this location because the food is always fresh and its made the way Taco Bell used to be made. Renee is fantastic, we have seen her a few times when we have come to get our Taco Bell fix. She is always hustling our order is always perfect!!! No matter how slammed she is she's always amazing. I know the job is hard but she always has a smile and is so friendly. Thank yall for finally making me love taco bell again.

  There's 3 other Taco Bell restaurants in Conroe; go to another, and hope they're better than this one. My family has ordered from here many times- the last 4 times, they have failed to include maybe 20% of the items we paid for. Today, my wife opens a taco and finds a tiny cockroach crawling around. Pic attached. Don't believe me? Check the other reviews, and more importantly, as others have said: Double check your order. Won't be eating here again, and I'm sure they don't care.
