  I ordered a luxe box so 2 of 3 items came with sour cream and it was one small little shot of sour cream at the end of BOTH items.. the beefy five-layer burrito was not a burrito half was only tortilla and it was empty who wants to eat just a mouthful of tortilla like that. The way you promote it is the way it should look when you eat it. I took a photo I'm going to post it

  Got a cheesy Gordita crunch last night and the taco shell tasted horrible… went back to have them make me another one and it happened again so I got a refund. Poor food quality, leaving the shells in the warmers too long, and by the looks of it, other people are having the same problem

  1st off, came in…no cashier to ring you up is absolutely ridiculous, we should not have to order on our phone or a kiosk! In the midst of waiting on our food, we hear the store manager cussing out her employees…like what???? Our order said it would be ready at 9:07 and we didn’t get our order until 9:15…My husband and I both ordered tacos, the shells tasted sooo weird! Not sure if Taco Bell got new shells or they were clearly bad! I asked to speak to a manager and she said no I’m going on break and I watched her walk in her office, and she literally made eye contact with me! Another young man came up and fixed my taco portion of my order. We come to this Taco Bell pretty frequently and it’s usually okay…Won’t be back to this one!

  I went to Taco Bell at 5:05pm on 07/01/26. I didn’t get the staffs name but it was 2 men and 1 women working and they were super polite and got every detail of my order correct, and it was quick.
