  I went into this Subway and to my surprise, I was greeted with a smile by a wonderful employee who really to pride in his work. Thank you Al for making me feel like a valued customer. It's great to know in one of your stories you have a winner. As I left he said thank you. And my sandwich was delicious.

  Rude lady who stated she didn't want to make the 5 sandwiches my husband needed. She said she was too tired to do it and said he could order from a different store.

  The person who made my sandwiches was rude, muttering under his breath while making everything. Just complaining the whole time, and I never once said anything rude while I was there. I always get my sandwiches from this location the same way and never had someone be like that, I understand you might not like working there or have a bad day, but don’t complain in front of the customer. And most of the veggies were frozen. This is the worst experience I’ve had at any restaurant

  Upon store entry I entered saying hi, store was empty, myself and my son walks further in , two workers I spot look up and back down continuing an order, I position myself right in front and speak up and no one says anything, I say hi again and louder the lady looks up responds hi I’ll be with you soon(mono tone), as if she didn’t want to speak back, the guy still says nothing, then stands at prep table and then he says how can I help you, my son orders, it’s lunch he’s hungry, I chose not too, I’m not at all interested in spending my hard earned money on nasty negative nonchalant workers.
