  Follow better strict health and safety policies at this location. Yes this is a long post cause this is just annoying. And the worst sonic ever. Drive the extra 10-15mins and go to another location. I get its fast food, but the cheese on the burger and how soggy it was, was literally SO disgusting. Not to mention my order was $65. I paid for 4ranches and I only got 1. The worker asked to dig in my bag to look for the other ranches because they didn’t believe we didn’t get the others. So I emptied the bag in front of the worker to show her I didn’t get it, and she insisted she needed to bring the bag inside for her manager to check. Like excuse me? It’s 0.25cent for each ranch i paid for. Stop acting like it’s some secret special sauce and no I don’t want some teenagers hands digging through my bag of food. It’s called being sanitary.

  I was so excited to stop by after a long day at work — all I wanted was an Oreo Blast to decompress on my commute home. Simple request, right? Wrong. I grabbed my cup from, pulled off, and took my first spoonful only to realize this was basically just vanilla ice cream with one lonely, broken Oreo crumb sitting on top. ONE. That’s it. I get that it’s 5pm and it’s busy, but that’s exactly when you need to bring your A-game. An Oreo Blast should be packed with Oreos — that’s literally the whole point. I didn’t have the energy to turn around and complain after the day I had, which I’m sure happens more than they realize. The staff was fine and the service was quick, but if you’re charging Blast prices, the least you can do is actually make it right. Do better — your customers deserve ice cream made with care, not just a cup of soft serve with a garnish. 😩

  Apparently when you order a large fry this is what you get. Very shady and dishonest. What was the point of ordering and paying for a large fry only to end up with that??? Before anyone says anything YES I checked the bag. There was 1 French fry in it. *UPDATE* Weeks later and Sonic STILL hasn't reached out with an apology or anything. This shows me that Sonic knows that they are shady and has no problems cheating their own customers. POOR BUSINESS AND QUALITY!!!!!

  Just grabbed me and Maddie a cold 🥶 drink. I got an Ocean water, and she got a diet coke. Sonic has great drinks around 3 to 4 o'clock when you need to wet your whistle!!
