  Rubi was a fantastic bartender. Excellent customer service and such a positive attitude! Food was awesome and the drinks were flawless. We will definitely be back to see Rubi.

  EMILY OLIVIA IS THE BEST SERVER i hate tipping but she is getting a big fat tip today! she was so sweet and outgoing, and so patient and kind. i would take her home with me to be my big sister! please give her a raise i wish her the best in italy and all of her life

  My prior visit their steak was amazing. This visit was one of the worst ribeyes I've ever eaten. I ordered the 16oz ribeye medium rare. A properly cooked ribeye has a nice crust and the marbled fat has been rendered leaving a juicy flavorful steak. This steak was fatty all throughout. Zero crust whatsoever. Hardly seasoned at all. It was a very sad look from the moment I saw it. Can't see myself coming back unless I'm dragged there.

  Never been to Saltgrass on a Saturday afternoon but it was wife's birthday and she wanted to stop. It won't happen again the service was poor and the food was what we expected. I ordered chicken fried steak and when it arrived the breading was off the meat and very greasy. Wife's shrimp were not hot. No more Saturday afternoon stops for us.

  My wife and I chose Saltgrass for a date night and unfortunately it turned into one of the worst restaurant experiences we've had. We waited about 20 minutes to be seated, which was completely understandable and not an issue. However, after being seated, it took another 15 minutes just to get our drinks, despite the restaurant not appearing very busy. The manager ended up bringing them to our table. I ordered a Shiner Bock on draft, but it was completely flat, so I had to ask for a bottled beer instead. The bigger issue was the food. I ordered my steak medium rare and my wife ordered hers well done. When our meals arrived, her steak was cooked medium rare and had to be sent back. Shortly after, I cut into my steak and found it wasn't medium rare—it was blue rare. At that point, our server seemed overwhelmed and was running frantically around the restaurant. I honestly didn't have the heart to send mine back as well. After another 20-minute wait, my wife's replacement steak finally arrived. I ended up taking my steak home and finishing it on my own grill because it was nowhere close to being cooked correctly. For a meal that cost around $100, this was incredibly disappointing. Wrongly cooked steaks, flat beer, slow service, and an overall lack of quality control made this one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. Date night shouldn't end with me cooking my own steak at home. I won't be returning.
