  Arrived at the restaurant at about 645pm on a Tuesday. No one to greet us at the hostess stand. After a few minutes, we were seated in a booth. After 10 minutes no one had stopped by to say hello or take our drink order. We waited a couple more minutes and left. We drove to Lupe Tortilla, we're seated immediately and greeted by our server immediately and served drinks in only a few minutes. THATS HOW ITS DONE.

  I feel sorry for the cow that gave its life to be put on that grill. The steak tasted like a straight piece of charcoal and I ordered a medium rare piece, steak was probably a little past medium . The shrimp was cooked mediocre. The waitress gave us dirty silverware. We had to ask twice to get new silverware. She didn’t even come by and check on our drinks. She did not ask us if the steaks were cooked the way we wanted them cooked and she only checked on us twice throughout our whole dining experience. I’m a big fan of saltgrass steakhouse, but this was the worst dining experience I have had in a long time.

  Shorter wait than expected, I came in lastnight and I was so lucky to have Lily as a server, I swear I never even had a chance to need to ask for a refill or to stop and think after knowing my order she always appeared at the perfect time and kept things efficient while me and my family shared a very needed night out. She was very friendly while not being too much and I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience at Saltgrass.

  I mostly go and have an old fashion, and a beer, but the bar tender is the reason I like the bar. Its mostly like going g to hang out with a cousin that you have a great time with, and talk crap. She is the the nicest and can vibe, talk, and hang with the best of us. The food is good but Tia makes a after work drank well worth it.

  Our server Christian was extremely slow and disappointing. Took us around 15 minutes to get greeted and forever to get our order placed. We did the HRW menu and two glasses of wine. The wine was taking a minute, so i asked him again for the wine and said it was coming. We received our appetizers before the wine even reached us, we could even see the wine pours sitting at the well too. For our second and third course, it went fine. But our last course, my partner got the chocolate cake which was supposed to come with a scoop of ice cream, we ask him for it. He Doesn’t return with any ice cream then drops by the table to ask how we are doing once we are almost finished with our desserts. At that point, we gave up on ever getting that scoop. Mind you, during this whole dining experience, another table was sat after us- they received their drinks and whatever dinner choices they had way before us (while also having Christian as their server). I’m not sure if he’s new or not but this was probably not the experience I was expecting for my first time at Saltgrass and 100% my last time at this location.
