  New to the area and ordered pizza last week. Delivery was late and the pizza was undercooked. Kids really wanted pizza tonight so we thought we would try again and this time as I placed the order in the app ($60.00 worth of pizza) and it said received but that is where it stayed for over 30 mins. I called to verify the order and after 4 calls they finally answered the phone just to be told they never received my order, blamed a power outage then as I was asking what can be done I was hing up on. I tried to call back and the service center could see my order so how did the store not see it. I got transfered again when I called back two more times to get a busy signal. I will not be ordering from pizza hut again which sucks because we love their spicy garlic wings.

  I placed an order for pick up on 06/28/26 at the Willis Waukegan location. Ticket # 0027. One large 3 toppings pizza and 6 pc traditional wings and ranch cup. My spouse went to pick it up not knowing I had also order wings. When she got home she only had the pizza. They didn’t give her the wings. I called, they apologized and offered a 15.00 credit. Nope, didn’t happen. No store credit.

  Ordered a pizza and it took 2 hours to get here and im less then 5 miles from the restaurant. Last time my order was over 100 dallors and it took even longer to get this place has really gone down hill. Then when you call the restaurant you can’t get anybody to answer the phone so I want be calling them for anymore pizza

  It's in the same building as the gas station. They are doing good for what it is. No decernable dining room.
