  i went back to this location after a missing item wasn’t found in my bag when i got home yesterday and today mr ramon helped me out with my request and was so kind and helpful, i also picked up an extra item as well while i was there due to the great customer service

  Very disappointed!!! My Family went to this location and my goddaughter got chicken. As she bit into the chicken, she noticed the chicken was undercooked. They took the same chicken that she already bit into recooked it and brought it back. On what planet is that sanitary in food prep. They should discard the contaminated/partially eaten item and prepare a fresh replacement from scratch. Once the plate has been at the table and eaten from, it may also have saliva/contact contamination, so why are we taking that back where other food is being prepared to reheat and reserve.

  Tried Pappas Bar-B-Q and overall it was a mixed experience. The fried fish was definitely the highlight — hot, flaky, fresh, and seasoned near perfection. Easily the best thing on the plate. The fries, unfortunately, were disappointing. They looked tired, old, and lacked flavor. To their credit, they did replace them, but the second batch honestly wasn’t much better. The pulled pork was decent enough, nothing spectacular but still enjoyable. The watermelon drink, however, was very bland and lacked the refreshing flavor I expected. Great fish, average BBQ sides and drinks. I’d return for the fish alone.

  We tried the Beef Trio. The beef ribs were very dry and a little disappointing. The brisket was somewhat dry too but more tastier. The Beef Sausage was a big hit and we enjoyed it the most.

  Pappas BBQ has been in business since 1967. The interior of the place looks like that’s when it was last updated. The potato salad was pretty good. The cucumber salad was OK. The barbecue ribs were amateurish. I had the hardest time getting the meat off the bone. Instead of fall off the bone it was attached itself to the bone like a barnacle on a boat. And another thing that was great about this place they don’t put napkins on the tables, trade and ribs with no napkins. You have to get up and go get them every time you need them. It’s no way to run a railroad.
