  Very disappointing experience. We waited over 20 minutes, only to be told that the item I ordered was no longer available. Instead of informing us earlier, they waited until after a long delay and then brought me something different that I didn’t order. The service was extremely slow, and the food came out one plate at a time, so our family couldn’t even eat together. By the time the last meal arrived, the first person had already finished. Poor communication, long waits, and disorganized service. I won’t be coming back.

  The food here is great. My complaints are two things. I’ve lived near here and frequented this place for 10 years or more. They are always and I mean always out of something. It’s almost always potatoes ? How does that happen? They were out of pickles last time ? There are a half a dozen grocery stores nearby. Make it happen. The speaker …. Come on replace it please. I have to scream at you to get my order in. At your prices I’ve paid enough 20 fold to replace that thing. It takes twice as long to get people through the line because they have to constantly repeat themselves. If it wasn’t for the food I would have stopped going here a long time ago.

  Whoever was in the kitchen cooking yesterday on 7/10..chef’s kiss! We ordered the fried catfish, ribs, dirty rice, beans, and potato salad. Everything was cooked to perfection!

  Used to be good. The past few times I’ve visited have been increasingly poorer quality food, lower quantity served, and all at HIGHER prices. My go-to here is the sliced beef sandwich in jalapeño toast. It used to have 5-6 slices of deliciously smoked brisket. Yesterday I received 3 small slices of bland brisket with each piece folded in half to make it look like more pieces. I didn’t even finish my plate. I should’ve asked for a remake but this is now a pattern from this place. 12-18mo ago this plate with drink was $18-19. Now it’s over $24 and tastes less appetizing. 25-30% increase in price for lower quality and quantity? No thanks.

  Ordered curbside Arrived 10 minutes after they said my order was ready. Got to the curbside area and waited 20 minutes then had to walk in and ask for my order which was not ready.. Worst experience ever
