- NLNate LopezMay 12, 20261.0This is solely on my negative experience at the bakery. I did not buy anything because of the poor customer service: 1) Was not greeted. I stopped at 5:45pm on 5/11 and no one single customer was there. The workers (3 girls) just looked up to see who was walking in and proceeded to keep doing what they were working on. 2) No customer service connection. After a few minutes of browsing their cakes (looking for a birthday cake for my kid), one of the girls came (dark brown hair) and asked if we have any questions. The entire time she appeared annoyed and had a straight face. Almost like she didn’t want us there. I then told her it was our first time there, and said nothing about it nor cared to ask why we were there. Every time I asked a question about a cake she gave me bare minimum/short answers. 3) Was not sold. I wanted to buy a cake from this bakery as I was recommended to purchase one from there however due to the poor customer service and negative experience I only became frustrated and ended up going to HEB and get a cake from there instead.
