  Awful service. This McDonald's also actively ignores customers at the counter. They even refused to look me in the eye when I try to get their attention. Edit: McDonald's even tries to shove your review complaints off to an automated system. The hubris is palpable.

  To be honest, I was a little disappointed because this is my local McDonald’s. The staff are very friendly however I waited for almost 25 minutes at the curbside pick up for my order and then whenever I got home to eat it, which is not even a minute away, everything was cold so unfortunately, I can’t give a good rating for the food or service but again the staff there are pretty friendly. I just wish they would be a little quicker at getting the food out as quick as possible.. there has been multiple times where I’m just there for way way way too long, especially when I’m going through the drive-through.. not trying to hate I’m just being honest.

  All 193,884 times😆 I’ve placed an order and forgotten to add sauce to my online order, I was always given it for free without any issue. Today, however, I was told that I had to pay $0.25 for three ranch sauces. My question is: are they actually supposed to be paid or not? The issue isn’t the money it’s that I’ve never been charged for them before. I just want to know for future reference, because in the app I can add them for free

  This has to be the most positive experience I have ever had at any McDonald’s! I frequent the area for work and decided to stop by for a quick bite for lunch. I have never seen a cleaner eating area! Staff and manager are so helpful and take pride in their work and every interaction with every customer. I’m just a fly on the wall but this location deserves its praise! I’m glad I stopped in. It made my day just that much better!

  One of the worst experiences I had at a McDonalds and to be serious about it, I had never posted a review for anything. I am so disappointed that I am writing this, Firstly the African American lady who seemed old was one of the rudest person I met with zero customer service skills which led to a unwanted confrontation when she was unable to charge for the food by my younger brother and the whole time gave an attitude about it for her own mistake and when we told the manager about this he was a decent guy and was like sorry about it but this lady kept on jumping in as she did no wrong. I can’t tell enough but never bring your family here or yall will be treated as peasents.
