  This is the worst McDonald's branch I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately, I visit frequently because it is close to my home, and this happens during both morning and evening shifts. I would like to offer them some advice: if you are facing personal problems, do not take them out on customers through poor service. Everyone goes through difficult times, but that is no reason to treat others this way.

  The downside. 2 burgers and 2 fries somehow adds up to $20 at McD's now... sheesh. The upside. It was the hottest, cheesiest, best burgers we've gotten from McD's in a long time, and the staff was overwhelmingly nice and cheery. After years of occasionally hitting a McD's and expecting a half slid apart burger from someone that hates your pressence, this was a nice change of pace.

  Awful service. This McDonald's also actively ignores customers at the counter. They even refused to look me in the eye when I try to get their attention. Edit: McDonald's even tries to shove your review complaints off to an automated system. The hubris is palpable.

  To be honest, I was a little disappointed because this is my local McDonald’s. The staff are very friendly however I waited for almost 25 minutes at the curbside pick up for my order and then whenever I got home to eat it, which is not even a minute away, everything was cold so unfortunately, I can’t give a good rating for the food or service but again the staff there are pretty friendly. I just wish they would be a little quicker at getting the food out as quick as possible.. there has been multiple times where I’m just there for way way way too long, especially when I’m going through the drive-through.. not trying to hate I’m just being honest.
