Everytime I come through this drive through it's can you pull up to the next window after shoving drinks at me at a speed I can't possibly set them down and retrieve the other ones. Spending 50$+ each time I think I can get a little patience however that's impossible. So before I can say anything the window has been slammed in my face causing me to have to wait till they see me still there. They open the window with a attitude at this point and say again can you pull up please your food isn't ready yet. I only want to be sure I get my condiments and sweets they get left out. I get dismissed quickly with a sure and the body language that says now move up as they shut the window again. For the at least tenth time my pies are missing, no condiments, missing happy meal ECT it never fails I called to pick up my pies the following day was told that is fine. Following day I'm told I received one of the two pies from the pack I bought and I did not . I explained this the lady began arguing with me then tried to refuse to give me the pies I paid for I couldn't believe it. I'm in a 70,000$ truck and ordering another 40$ in food and I'm trying to stiff you for a pie. Beyond me not saying people don't try that but come on... Then as usual I'm told to move to the next window. I politely stated I'll wait here the lady became rude and raised her voice one notch from yelling at me and told me I'm holding up her drive through to go to the second window and they will bring it to me. I flat out refused. As usual my food came and my pies where missing which when I checked the bag the lady is looking me right in my face I look up and say the pies are still missing she says I know I got them right here and produces them from below her waist...Was you hoping if drive off without them??? Seemed like it .. however she pushed them at me they were cold my drink did not have any ice just water and coke at this point and the food was throyin the bag. My last trip to this particular branch. The one on Grand Parkway is alot better and professional tend to put all items purchased in the bag the first time and most of the time I all the condiments. Not complaining about every blue moon they miss a ranch. That's the spot food is fresh hot and comes out that window faster than your drinks at this location.

These Big establishments don’t answer phone calls. They can get orders wrong that’s been paid for and not take accountability for THEIR ERROR. Are the customers still important ?

I recently visited one of the newly redesigned McDonald’s locations, and the experience felt very different—and not in a good way. The restaurant now feels more like a kiosk or vending machine setup rather than a place where you’d want to sit down and enjoy a meal with family. The front counter design is especially unwelcoming. It gives the impression that customers are expected to grab their products and leave rather than feel comfortable staying. On top of that, the level of customer service has noticeably declined. It’s difficult to get anyone’s attention for help, and the staff often seem disengaged or unavailable. From what I’ve seen in other reviews, even negative feedback appears to receive automated responses from McDonald's, with little indication that real concerns are being addressed. That only adds to the feeling that customer experience is no longer a priority. Overall, the atmosphere comes across as cold and impersonal, which makes for a surprisingly depressing dining experience. I hope future changes bring back some of the warmth and hospitality that used to make visiting worthwhile.

THEY ALWAYS ALWAYS forget something OR give me something else. I asked for pancakes, hash brown and a Mcgriddle. What do they do? They forget the hash brown, they give me a BISCUIT and forget the syrup. This isn't the first time they do it. It's ALWAYS this location.
