  The high chairs are never cleaned. And the back area employees are a bunch of rude entitled teenagers.

  I ordered food here months ago, mhm. Never came back. But then my points were about to expire so I ordered a Large Carmel Coffee WHO CAN GO WRONG WITH THAT and I got a large cup of iced milk. There is no flavor to the drink what’s so ever. I was better off letting my points expire. No sugar. No Carmel. 1/4 cups of coffee. 3cups of milk.

  If I could give zero stars for this specific location, I would. Over the past two months or so, my experience here has been horrible. They are slow, rude, and seem like they don’t know what they are doing. I’ve ordered in person AND thru delivery services such as uber and DoorDash. No matter how I order this McDonald’s location is SLOW and it should not take 30+ minutes for my uber or DoorDash driver waiting for the food. That’s unacceptable. They should not have to wait that long for an order then getting rude service on top of that. This is the only McDonald’s I have ever made a review for. Which speaks volumes on how the service has been.. deff will be going for the McDonald’s down the street from now on even though it’s a bit more of a drive.

  This is by far the worst location I have been too. I waited more than 30 minutes for my order and didn't even recieve an apology. Instead I got back talk from the manager on night shift whose name is Malik Muhammad. He is very unorganized and unprofessional. He seem like he was confused and couldn't lead his workers. They are just walking around doing what they want. I was Ubering and had to explain to my customer why his food is taking so long. I will never come to this location again.

  THIS PLACE IS SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT! Unfortunately, going to this McDonald’s at different times of day or different days of the week is like a of box of chocolates because you never know what you’re gonna get! But imagine the chocolate is made with CRAP BECAUSE NO MATTER WHAT it’s gonna leave a bad taste in your mouth. I will highlight the only nice workers here are the middle age, Hispanic woman during the dayshift most days who cleans the lobby- She is very nice and pleasant and does a good job of keeping everything clean. Also the young blonde boy that’s usually on the lobby is also very helpful and nice! HOWEVER the middle-aged black male manager is atrocious! Whilst getting ignored at the counter by him I overheard him making fun of people ordering in the drive through, that they’re drinks are only to be filed to the “first line” on the cup because they order with no ice and also the making fun of the young black girl on his crew who he was supposed to be training by saying she needed to eat more since she was on track and she was gonna run off her medium sized meal! Another one is the middle aged, Hispanic woman who works at the window usually on Night Shift, who acts like she can’t speak any English….she always has a terrible attitude and always somehow manages to get the order wrong no matter how simple. I understand this is not a five star dining experience, but it doesn’t take much to be kind and scoffing when people ask for sauce or ignoring people when they’re waiting to place their order at the counter is just flat out rude!
