  Always excellent service across the board, offering pickup and delivery which are always perfectly handled. I'm 73 years old and have shopped at HEB my entire adult life. The care for their customers is so obvious and I am never fearful of anything I purchase. It appears to me that great care is put into being sure the food items are from proven and reliable sources. I feel so fortunate to have them available as my sole source for my groceries.

  ALERT! Don't let this happen to you ! On the 8/13/26 I got my first time delivery and horrible experience with HEB online shopping . But what was the worce of all is talking and explaining my over and over again to coparate office. I spend an hour on the desperately trying to get my missing items or refund back with providing 3 different receipts that showed same total amount of 193.31$ for different number of items purchased 42 items and delivered 64 items actual 22 items are missing. After quick investigation of those weird numbers on receipts that something is suspicious is going on. However Devon and other representatives kept telling me that I paid for what I got and there is nothing wrong. I couldn't believe to what heard them saying. They totally ignored the fact that I have screen shots and receipts that are showing weird activity. Devon made me feel very insecure disrespected and unsafe . Obviously he was sure of him self , provide such a poor customer service HEB must stand behind this kind of service. HEB coparate office fell to support or help with this matter by not offering replacement or refund nor apologize. If you read this pls offer your opinion and advice on what should I do next. Because not only that lost money time sleep I also feel very unsafe knowing they got away with treating me less then a customer or human .

  HEB has always been one of my top stores especially this location. Unfortunately I will no longer be shopping at this store. We were treated so poorly. After 5 years of shopping at this store I went to get beer as I always do. As we were checking out the young man asked my bf for his ID. It was presented. We are both very grown adults. Well we were told we could not purchase alcohol due to the ID looking fake. Again we have been coming to this very store for a while with these very IDs. When we took the situation to a manager we were brushed off and told the the ID looked fake. We went to another location and had no issues. Even had it looked at by other managers to ensure we were not crazy. A Texas license is not easy to duplicate and as a grown educated woman and mother, I would never put myself in a situation that could lead to jail. I have never been so embarrassed and humiliated. I will be contacting corporate about this because we were treated so rudely and no one tried to assist or handle the situation correctly.

  Getting harder and harder to shop here every week. Curbside shopping carts blocking aisles and items has become ridiculous. Deli counter I've had to walk away numerous times as I am ignored by staff. Great you have 6 people behind the counter, 5 working on curbside orders, only one assisting customers who are actually standing there in the store at the counter. The only one helping customers needs to have product, amount and size repeated minimum of twice. Hopefully when Montgomery location opens it is a better shopping experience.

  I would like to acknowledge an employee named Destanie Horne, I have never seen someone with such great customer service in a long time. I was having a bad day and wanted to get some flowers to put into my house and i asked Destanie for some help and she directed me into the right direction. She was extremely knowledgeable and confident in what she was doing and i love to see someone so passionate about their department and committed as she is in knowing every aspect of her job. I love that there are still good people out there and she happens to the one i encountered along the way, i am going to tell my friends and family and get them to experience her service as well. Thank you destanie you will be amazing in everything you do. I am definitely coming back to this location truly just because of her.
