- NHNatalie HinkleMay 13, 20261.0I love Dutch Bros and am a frequent (close to daily) visitor. This was my first visit to this location after taking a 12 mile detour while I was traveling just to get my Dutch fix. Service was terrible, a first for any location I have been to. Line about 6 cars deep with good weather and no one taking the orders for the line. The lady at the window seemed bothered to be working and the other two visible ladys looked miserable. I witnessed a hygiene concern while glancing over to check on my order, it made me glad that I didn't actually watch it be made. Not the usual or expected Dutch Bros vibe. Very disappointed. Luckily this is not one of my regular Dutch Bros locations, but all the same I will be taking a break from them for a while after this experience.

However they have some of the best Small talk conversational skills that I have seen across multiple generations. They are always friendly, always fast and genuinely sweet people work there I have yet to have a negative experience with this location. Kudos to y'all. You really all deserve it!!!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
