- MCMabeli Casas4 days ago1.0They forgot to include a drink and chips on a kids meal and acted like it was my fault. My husband asked for more protein since they small scooped us and they said they would have to charge extra. The manager was on the line and he was rushing when no one was behind us. Employees at this location always seem to be in a bad mood. It takes a lot for me to write a review. They deserve this one.
- QQQSep 29, 20261.0Tonight I walked into this location and everyone was cleaning a bit before they close at 10pm I guess but I stood there waiting for any of the four individuals just standing there no doing anything and no one asked me what I wanted to order and some even just looked at me and didn’t say anything. How extremely unprofessional. I will make sure others know about this location and their staff that doesn’t want to work but instead are constantly on their phones not paying attention to customers.

The store is always clean, everything is fresh, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Definitely one of my favorite locations!

- JPJ PAug 20, 20261.0Before they started my bowl, I asked if they had vinaigrette. The guy went and checked and said yes. I proceeded with my bowl, when I got to the register I asked the attendant for the vinaigrette. He informed me they had ran out, and so I pointed to the guy who originally told me that they did have vinaigrette. The guy at the register proceeded to say that he is the manager and if he says they don’t have it then they don’t have it. I said okay, and informed him that I didn’t want the bowl anymore if there was no vinaigrette. He became extremely rude saying he was going to have to re-ring in the rest of the order and that I wasted their food.
