  All of the Chipotle Mexican grills have excellent food, and I love getting the balls as I cannot eat everything and it's two meals for me. The lines move very quickly during lunch rush which is a plus for me.

  if i could give zero stars, i would. i came in around 3 today, they were going extremely slow moving with zero sense of urgency, now granted they were very busy however, when i came up to the counter because i was next in line, the girl helping me had absolutely zero customer service completely disrespected me and an awful attitude, i didnt catch her name and truly do not want to know her name because i have nothing good to say. i typically do not write reviews but she was awful. hope something is done about this.

  This is not the first time this location runs out of food two hours before they close. As someone who works in service, specifically food service, I am aware that we have to be careful with how much food we throw away at the end of the day, but for there not to be any chips at night and after I asked them to make a regular bag of chips from a large bag of chips, they declined my request, sent me home with no chips, and still charged me my bill. I am not against paying for food; however, how do I eat chipotle without chips? And what’s so hard about making a bag of 4oz bag of chips from a large.

  I feel like the lady could not understand my order, I told her I had a food allergen and it's like she didn't understand that. I basically got the last of the veggies that she had to scrape out and they were kind of old looking but I really wanted veggies. The restaurant is messy the bathroom just looks terrible and the service is just awful

  Yah know I really never try to complain, but I just feel like I should speak my peace. I’ve watched this location over the years completely fall apart. When you walk in the employees look exhausted and tired and burnt out. Retail is hard. I complete sympathize. The store has trash and left over food everywhere and the trash bins are always exploding.. most people grab their food and just leave and I don’t blame them. As a teacher I know that more discipline isn’t always the best way to get what you want out of your students or your staff in this case. I wished the staff felt more taken care of so that they would be more enthusiastic at work. They might actually have the drive to clean up the place and smile when you come in. Maybe I’m completely wrong, but I just feel for the staff and I hope that one day this location comes together because until then it’ll continue to have a bad name in Conroe. I’m not trying to bash just simply speaking my peace is all.
