  Line worker was very rude. No one addressed me as I walked inside the store. Just kept working, jo acknowledgment for almost 5 minutes. When asked if anyone was there to assist me, no response or look in direction.

  I really want to like this location, but the same issues keep occurring. Service is super slow if you dine in, and the tables always have remnants of others food left over. Any time I do a pick up order, it’s never on the pick up shelf and it’s usually not ready even though the app says it is. My last pick up order I had to wait for 2 of the employees to stop chatting about something on their phones until I finally after about 5-10 minutes told them I needed to get my pick up order. It was sitting behind the counter the entire time I was waiting. The drink machine is constantly having issues as well, and drinks at chipotle are already expensive. I really wish I lived near a different location, because chipotle is a healthier option that I like to have.

  Get a new manager, this is my second time ever at this restaurant. I tried to ask questions as I am going through the line about the price if anything cost extra she was extremely rude to me, I wouldn’t want somebody managing a place that treats new customers the way this locations manager acted today. There wasn’t even a line, there was absolutely no reason to be so rude with such a bad attitude, I really hope they reconsider the people they put in management. Please hire people who want to have the job instead of taking it out on customers.

  To be in a prime location management really needs to look at a better workflow. Instead of using the area to fulfill online orders, we were having to wait in the line so they could make those. The line was almost to the entry door. Also, while waiting in line a customer way ahead of me that already had their food was told to wait just to get a fork to eat. They were also told there was no napkins and they did not fill them just kept passing them out as they were asked. I haven't ate my food but they were rushing so much everything was just slopped in my bowl. Update: The meat is bland here. Thankfully the sauces make up for it. I just moved from spring to conroe and ive never had these issues. They need to mimick the Louetta location

  I was in line here today to get my usual chicken bowl, and when it was my turn to get my toppings, the container of Guacamole was basically empty. So I ask the girl serving me, if I could get Guacamole on my bowl please and if she could get a new container of it please, and she ignored my request, and then proceeded to scrape out the rest of the container, which ended up being a little less than half a scoop, and puts it on my bowl. When I asked her for more, she said it would be double and cost more. I kindly let her know that what she put on my bowl was not a full scoop and that I was paying for a full scoop, not a half scoop. So she continued scraping the container and gave me a tiny bit more. It was honestly ridiculous. I didn’t want to hold up the line, so I let it go, but seriously? I felt like I was receiving a little ration in World War II, not ordering and paying for something at a restaurant. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me either. Please do better. I love the food here, but there is no excuse for charging $2.69 extra for guacamole and then undercutting customers by serving them less than a full scoop.
