I always order the 12 piece skinless nuggets and a small macaroni and cheese to get my protein in after a workout. They delivered it to my table and the container was half empty, clearly not 12 nuggets. Just to make sure , I counted them. 7 nuggets 🫤. I went back to the counter and they looked at me like I was stupid, so I told them I always oder them and there weren’t 12, there were only 7. The cook took off the lid and started fingering them and moving them around 😡 Needless to say it took them forever to remake them and no apology. Absolutely worst Chick-fil-A experience ever!!!

She was not necessarily rude, but the way she handled the order felt very unprofessional and inattentive. We wanted 20 nuggets. I understand that the menu options are 8, 12, and 30 counts, so I explained that we wanted one 12-count and one 8-count, which would make 20 total. I repeated this about three times, yet she still only entered the 12-count order. Instead of carefully listening or clarifying what we were asking for, she kept saying that they only had the 30-count option. The request was actually very simple, so the whole interaction became much more confusing and frustrating than it needed to be. I normally expect better service from Chick-fil-A. I hope management can review this interaction and remind employees to listen carefully to customers and handle orders in a more professional and attentive manner.
