  Got a beef and cheddar and didn’t get cheddar, I did pay for a cup of cheddar for my fries that I had to use for my sandwich so I paid for a beef and cheddar didn’t get cheddar and had to use the cheddar I did get for the sandwich. Why is it a beef and cheddar if you DONT ADD THE CHEDDAR!! Also sandwich is cold. Waste of money.

  Awful visit. Food was blech. Girl at the drive up window was just, don't know how to put it. The ONLY words she said was my total when I asked for more sauce I was given an absolute blank stare and given 3 packets... said thank you to her and the Stare continued. And they left out part of our order which we were too far away to go back at that point and I probably would have been as rude as her so I just went home. Not like arbys will make anything right but beware of going to this one.

  Seems like everyone has a problems with the manager I think her names amber she gives off energy that she doesn’t want people in the dine in fake smile that turns into a frown when she walks away I been there and my friend that eats there a lot and he says she has a mug on her face when he’s there like her whole customer service is artificial the food is mid (not that good) at best but atleast management could be more nicer to ppl
