  Fries were very stale and Arby's roast beef and cheddar was "ok". Don't know if I'd eat here again

  Made a mobile order with the app, order was incomplete, store couldn't or wouldn't refund the difference back to my credit card. Their solution was to make the 15 mile round trip back to the store. Since I'm not going to bother contesting the charge over $5 worth of food and I'm not driving 15 miles, I'll have to settle for the satisfaction of leaving a bad review and uninstalling the app.

  The inside of the restaurant appeared clean at first, but there were swarms of fruit flies around the garbage and condiment area that followed you into the seating area. Had to take my food to my vehicle to escape them and eat in peace. Makes me wonder how bad they are in the food prep area. Looking at the vents, there were lots of cobwebs along the ceiling and vents indicating that it has been a good while since there was a decent cleaning.

  Thank you to the staff that handled the difficult drive through lady with far more patience and grace than I had. I was not expecting a lot of a fast food restaurant but it was very welcome. Aprox. 7:30 CDT 6/24/26. You guys rock!

  Not good it was my first time here and customer service was terrible was asked to pull up to the side door without anyone at the restaurant waited another 15min and I personally had to go in and get my food that I ordered in the drive through the employee was confused which order was mine. I finally got my food and everything was greasy with the sliders allover the place in the wrapper I should of trusted the reviews would definitely not recommend.
