  This is easily the most inconsistent 7 Brew location I’ve been to. At this point, I would rather drive to the Tomball location or go to Dutch Bros. The coffee I order here never seems to taste the same. This morning, my Banana Bread Latte was so sweet that I couldn’t drink it. I understand that mistakes happen, but the drinks should be made consistently with the same amount of flavoring each time. My Blondie was even more disappointing. Instead of tasting like the usual vanilla and caramel, it tasted like hazelnut and cinnamon had accidentally been added. The last three times I’ve visited this location, my drinks have tasted noticeably wrong or simply not good. I also want to mention the customer service. I am hard of hearing and rely heavily on lip-reading when communicating. The young woman taking my order had candy in her mouth and was smacking/chewing while speaking, which made it extremely difficult for me to understand her. I know that may seem minor to some people, but for someone who relies on lip-reading, it made ordering unnecessarily difficult. One other heads-up for anyone ordering: unless you specifically ask, they apparently don’t add the caramel or whipped cream, even though that’s how the drinks are advertised and how I expected them to come. I really want to like this location, but after three consecutive disappointing experiences, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Hopefully management takes the consistency and customer-service issues seriously.

  The coffee was good. This was my first time to this location and only the 4th time ever. Make sure you look at the menu in advance if you aren't familiar. The order is taken so far back you can't view the menu to see any options.

  Best coffee and chai 😋 my favorites are the HoneyBun Breve or a Honey Salted Chai Latte, Ive tried most of the coffees and they are all so good! My pug loves going as well for his pup cup. 7 brew for the WIN 🏆 🙌

  The drink was amazing, and the staff was friendly. The lady taking my order helped me with my drink since it was my first time. I got an iced mocha with dark and white chocolate in a medium cup size. I'd love to come again.

  Today 07/17/26 @11:50am, I drove in ordering Green tea chiller w/1/2 energy. I also asked for a small cup of blended ice for my dog. I tipped $. When I pulled up to service area, I was told that they could not blend the cup of ice. I said that the day before the team did it with no problem. (GOOD JOB THURSDAYS TEAM) I sat there for a couple of minutes, and a guy came out (manager?) and told me they could not do it. I said they did yesterday. He said no. I said, I have other places I can go to. He said ok. After I drove off, I started drinking my drink that had zero green tea in it. It was 100% energy drink. They turned me into a "KAREN". So I'm writing this review. I have been coming here since you opened. I always tip. But after this BS, I'll just not come back.
