Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    This is my place to go. My job has me traveling a lot and any time I’m close to Commerce, this is where I eat. It seems like every time I’m there the manager is working. Karen always comes out and personally makes sure everything is perfect and it always is. The lobby is clean, the bathrooms clean (which is very nice when you travel a lot) food is great. The staff all work well together. This is where I go and I’m always telling people to go there. Thank you Karen and thank you Whataburger.

    The service here is fast and polite. Everyone is spoke to had a smile and was quick to provide service. I was in and out in probably less than 8 minutes. The food was very hot, my burger was certainly right off the grill.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm traveling in from the 4th largest city in the nation (Houston) and this crap they served is laughable. I spent 65 bucks for burgers and got watered down sodas and was missing fries. That same feeling when you get violated. Oh yeah bacon burger was missing bacon. First and last time in Commerce, Texas. #gitRdone
