  the shake we got was plain even though i paid for extra addons with it. the food was awful, burnt, dry, stale, overly salted. i feel i got scammed.

  Worst Sonic I've ever been to. Ordered 2 mini shakes 1 sm and Rout 44 ice water with lemons it came to $15. Something I hit pay with cash option. After waiting for 35 minutes after a baseball game with kids in car we left and went somewhere else. Glad we did because it was 9.45 cheaper. Will never stop at that Sonic again

  Took my daughter for some shakes, ordered two medium shakes and they came out half full of shake and half full of whip cream… hit the red button and the night manager Dustin came out with an attitude and asked what the problem was, I scooped into the cup and pulled out a big gob of whip cream and he points at the cup and tells me he made them himself and the ice cream was to the top of the cup, which was physically impossible since the whip cream didn’t even make it into the clear lid… decided I’d go a step further and stuck my fingers in and pulled out some more whip cream to which he wanted to continue arguing… no wonder everywhere else in commerce was packed except the sonic, I’ll be calling tomorrow to speak with the manager who is above him tomorrow even though I’m pretty positive Dustin ran right out back and called himself as I seen him out back on the phone as I was pulling around to leave.

  Over an hr to get 4 slushes and then made them wrong.

  You know what, it’s not worth the time. You may wait all day while the employees play on their phones instead of serving you your food.
