  The app ordered my food to a sonic over 20 miles from my location. Also 1/2 price drinks in app is a lie. You only can use it once then you have to wait to oder again. Lastly tried to call to get this fixed. Locale store won't help. Waited on hold for over 20 minutes. Be careful when you order. Sonic app will change your store without warning. And they not easy to refund/ fixed.

  Food was gross and dry, order got mixed up, qsked for no cheese no mayo and instead got cheese and mayo on the burger though the reciept said different, i would understand if they were busy but there were only like 2 other cars here, there refresher taske like baking soda water instead of a refreshing treat. My order took forever to get out and the kiosk wasnt even working. The only consitant good thing is tator tots, and that side item is not enough to even get 1 star

  Honestly, they used to be the best. In the past few years, half of my orders have been wrong and they are constantly taking forever. In the past year though they've taken an absolute nose dive in service. The orders are always wrong and it can sometimes take nearly 30 minutes for my order to be complete, even when the lot is empty. It just took me 15 minutes to get 2 drinks. I understand fast food service is hard, but a change in management or something is needed here.

  Truly this place is horrible looking in through the drive through window I can see trash all over the floor and whoever was at the window when I went on 8/17 was extremely rude and gave me attitude while I tried to place my order. I had ordered strawberry cheesecake master shake before making my shake the worker did not clean the shake machine I know this because my shake tasted like strawberry and chocolate with hints of peanut butter. This is highly unacceptable and highly un-sanitary. Luckily I don't have a peanut allergy or I could have had an allergic reaction and its only a matter of time till a reckless employee causes a medical emergency! I used to love going to sonic growing up but now this place is travesty to the name of Sonic!

  Ordered for pickup and water 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and then was told they don’t have slush’s and I would need to call for refund but when calling they didn’t answer
