- GPGlory PierceMay 3, 20261.0The McDonald's at the Commerce location is horrible. I work for doordash and they screw up at least three out of five orders daily they are very rude tonight they yanked a sweet tea out of my hand as they were trying to hand it to me because they gave me the wrong order 5 minutes prior to that. They are very unprofessional the wait times are out of this world. They're very rude over the speaker, and I treat doordashers as if we have no idea what we are talking about when the order is clearly in the description when we go to pick up the food. Several times I have pulled up to get an order and they can't find it in the system, not only that they assist us in no way when we clearly have the doordash ID number and customer name.

I have always liked the fish burger, the quarter pounder burger, and their breakfast menu items, plus I now have gotten myself into having the steak, egg, and cheese bagel, and their great tasting coffee.
