    The service was atrocious. There was no hostess and then when the hostess showed up she didn't really show much interest in being helpful. I was sat shortly but then didn't get any help. I had to flag down a waiter to get a drink. The food quality was not comparable to the BWW close to my house and it took forever to get our orders served. I had to ask for setups as they didn't give them to us either when we were seated or served drinks. My beer got to empty and I had to ask for it to be refilled. All and all a poor experience. I should mention I had the table next to the hostess. I watched her sit on her phone the entire time. She was not courteous and never smiled once. The waiting staff was more polite and positive but still the service was intermittent. Our waiter disappeared and a second person closed us out. The University President was behind us. You'd think service would have amped up for him. Nope.

    Just don’t go. There are plenty of other places to go to. I go to ETAMU it’s right by the restaurant and so I go fairly often. I go,“hmm i’m in the mood for something to eat but I know the food is going to be garbage. Screw it. ”Each time that i’ve went, it’s always taken 45 min to an hour for my food to come out. I know what you’re thinking, “well what if there’s a lot of people?” There wasn’t. Often times there would only be 8 other people in the entire restaurant and my food would still take an incredibly long time. WHAT ARE THEY DOING BACK THERE. I’m not kidding there have been instances where i’ve got a glimpse at people in the kitchen dancing. If that wasn’t enough, the food is doodoo. I ordered fried pickles yesterday and the pickles weren’t even fully covered with breading and when I went to pull one apart from being smooshed together with another one, I could see the flour they used for the breading. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Damn you, google. The burgers are standard run of the mill nothing special there. The food is just overall mid mid mid. Don’t go, don’t waste your time unless you want to upset your tummy. I’ve truly never been to a worst restaurant. They need to be ashamed of themselves. WHO THE HELL IS BACK THERE. I quit.

    Airam made our Wild Wings dream come true! My daughter and I had time for a quick date before dance. I asked this dear girl if they could get us in and out in 30 minutes so we weren’t late. She assured me it was no problem and she, herself, met our every need. Food was amazing and we had 2 minutes to spare when we got to dance!! Thank you for an awesome experience! We will be back.

    Well, where to begin. We arrived at 5:30 on a Sunday and there was only one family ahead of us. There was no hostess to seat us and instead of allowing us to seat ourselves the waiting staff said to just wait. That family left and went elsewhere and so a lady, whom we assume was the manager, seated us around 5:45. We ordered the ultimate sampler; garlic mushrooms, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, cheese curds, four marinara sauces, and two teas. The first tea ran out and so we waited for a refill. It came, about twenty minutes after the first had expired. Our appetizer finally arrived at 6:32, no marinara. The mozzarella sticks were cold as were the cheese curds and the mushrooms were soggy. They were not "being cooked" as we had been reassured so often as we waited. While the staff was polite, they were severely understaffed for the evening. I don't appreciate being told that the delay of our food is because it is being cooked when said food arrived being at room temperature at best.

    I can understand being a newer establishment and working out kinks but this place has been open long enough to have worked out major kinks. Took a while to even have a server come wait on us. They apparently don’t have their liquor license yet. Food took a while to deliver as well. The food was mediocre. The waitress we had really tried but the kitchen messed our order up terribly. The waitress seemed confused about what to do. Overall watching the environment the business could use a good manager to get things in shape. I don’t see us coming back until they do. Such a shame as Commerce and the college could really use this restaurant.
