  Popped in for road trip snacks jalapeño poppers, groovy fries, mozzarella sticks, a kids meal, and a value menu burger add lettuce and tomato and a couple of drinks. Had to send back value buger missing lettuce and tomato as per request. Burger could have been fresher seems cold. Everything else that was fried was fresh and hot.

  On July 9, 2026 at 9:30. me and my kids pulled into this sonic to get dinner to eat. I pushed the button and was immediately told by a male to "wait a min". which at first im like cool there probly busy they will get to me in a min. About 5 min later a women gets on the speaker and asked "what do you want to order". Very curtly and impatient like they hadn't just asked me to wait. To which I replied I would like a bacon cheeseburger, mayo only. To which she immediately blurted out very rudely and hostile "we dont serve bacon cheeseburgers. This is sonic, order something off the menu". I asked "you dont serve bacon cheeseburgers?" To which she replied "NO WE D9NT SERVE BACON CHEESEBURGERS." If im mistaken please tell me but that is a #1 on the menu a (sonic bacon cheeseburger). Super rude customer service. I said "thank you never mind" and pulled out to give someone else my business. Im super polite at any resturant no matter the cause. It just seems like mabey making what is displayed on sonics menu is too far outside of the employees skill set or they just dont want to serve me and the kids for whatever reason. What ever the reason is I dont recommend coming and spending money on what is already over priced at this sonic to be talked to that way. If negative stars were a thing.

  They dont listen at all dont bother. Light ice is light ice not fill the whole cup up with ice to where there's a quarter of drink in the cup.

  I ordered the smash burger it was absolutely horrible it was ice cold the bacon was not done at all it was disgusting I will never get anything from sonic again!!!
