I Started seeing some suits (executives probably) a few weeks ago. ever since then the fruit is old or the white flavorless parts I’m sure they’re trying to cut waste but it makes your customers experience awful. Let the staff do their job how they were doing it they know what they’re doing. I gotta find another place to buy my fruit temporarily because I’m passing by and leaving with nothing.

My total was $346.13, and when it was time to load the groceries into the cart, she just looked at me as if I was supposed to do it myself. I asked the cashier who was responsible for putting the groceries in the basket because it’s not the customer’s job. She gave me a smug look and called a young man over from self‑checkout to handle it.I called the store afterward and spoke with the manager, Alexandria. She told me that someone should have helped with a purchase that large, but that cashiers “usually don’t” load baskets when the order is big. That explanation made no sense — especially when the service was already lacking.Between the poor bagging, the attitude, and the lack of basic customer service, I will not be returning. H‑E‑B will run them out of business if this is the standard they’re operating with. There is absolutely no customer service at this store.
