  NO front counter service! We waited 5 minutes before many employees filling orders in the back that kept looking up at us and finally one came forward. She was useless. The customer in front of me was turned away because he couldn’t use the kiosk! I reported that the shell to my mini taco salad was stale. She offered me another one…no thank you. Final rant…WHY does it have to be so COLD all the time in this location??? It’s take-out only now.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

  Very disappointed, several of our items were not in our bag even though we ordered through the app. When we went back to get our items, the staff was very rude. Its frustrating because all we wanted was to get what we paid for.

  I am a Taco Bell lover, there’s nothing I want more than some tacos and a nice drink after practice. But everytime I go here they either give me the completely wrong thing, or I’m missing more than two items. It’s been so annoying having to go back, over and over agian, even though I order off the app 90% of the time. I do not recommend this location, especially after I paid 50$ tonight for an order and was missing 3 items, in a combo…. Got the drink, not the food. Very disappointing, go to another location if you don’t want your time wasted. Update: after going back to try to talk to staff about it, (and ordering food agian in hopes to just get it over with) had the window slammed in my face. I repeat, DO NOT GO HERE

  Worst fast food experience of my life. Ineptitude would be a polite description. Never again. No one in the place and 32 minutes to finally give up, get a refund, and watch them throw Mt food away.
