  Extremely slow service. Took over 10 minutes for me to get a Diet Coke. In August that is far too long to wait in the heat

  The past few times I’ve been here your carhops seem to have poor attitudes. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location - I only live about 2 minutes from here so it’s unfortunate. After I received my order, I pressed the button to ask if I could be given the dipping sauce I asked for. She couldn’t have acted more inconvenienced to walk 10 feet out the door to hand it to me.

  It would be appreciated if staff would fulfill orders before going outside playing with their friends in front of all the people waiting for their orders. I sat waiting almost 20 minutes for 3 shakes. 2 of the 3 were melted by the time they were brought to my car. I had to ask for napkins because they were handed to me with melted ice cream all outside the cup. Ridiculous

  Ordered one ocean water and a second ocean water. Slushy. Ended up with one ocean water and an ocean water float that we had to send back then.They still tried to charge us for the float, then we had to send the guy back again.The person taking care of us was very good.The problem was the girl inside that screwed up the order.Even though I asked her about it at the time of the order

  Paid for a bacon cheeseburger, made it all the way home kicked off my shoes just to sit down and chew no bacon at all. From now on I gotta embarrass myself by checking my burgers before I let the server walk away. This is personal.
