  I received an email saying they missed me offering free food, so I came to use that offer. Maybe if your food sucks so bad you have to bribe people, you should simply make better food? The cheese sticks came with a tiny sauce cup too small for the order & it tasted rancid - basically like water and a very foul tomato taste. The Domino’s in Colleyville is certainly a better option.

  Ride don't listen bad service bad attitude horrible experience and service being a out of town guest ..in a hurry and only care about just moving fast getting orders out so it made it so easy to mess ours up all while having bad attitude..guys working on Saturday evening was horrible

  Terrible service and customer care. I just ordered a pizza specifically asking for double sauce but it looks like I told them *not* to put any on at all; it’s super dry. Furthermore, when you arrive at the establishment aside from the fact that they don't even offer a cheese-stuffed crust option—they don't so much as smile or say hello; they treat you as if they were doing *you* a favor. I do not recommend this place.

  I don't like giving negative reviews. But this Pizza Hut is just not worth doing business with. The first time I ordered from them, it was just a standard pie - tasted okay but there was very little sauce. Figured it was a one-off. I ordered another time and this time I made sure to request some toppings + extra sauce as a premium - and still nothing. Out of my own stupidity - I gave it one more honest try a month or two ago - one that would unequivocally confirm just a barebones plain cheese pizza with extra sauce. Nada. I have half a mind to almost take blind-sympathy, run over there, and get them a barrel full of san marzanos (or whatever Pizza hut uses) because this store seems like they have a tomato famine. The only reason I'm posting this at this point is because our family is going to order pizza tonight - and this location popped back up into Google Places that I was genuinely annoyed at the suggestion. I will note that during Halloween - they had a lot of awesome Nightmare Before Christmas deco up, and it was a fun look, but it's not enough to keep receiving 2/3rds of a pizza consistently.
