Everything we carry, we try to have the highest possible quality we can find! High-Choice, Prime, Wagyu, Dry Aged beef and on. Heritage Breed Pork (Berkshire/Cheshire), Organic Chicken, Sausages and Bratwursts made in house (no fillers or preservatives). When it comes to seafood, we don’t carry a ton, but what we do is superb. Bay of Fundy Salmon, Dry packed Diver Scallops from Massachusetts, Homemade Crab Cakes, 16/20 Gulf shrimp, and fulfill any requests for something special!

Wine

Most people don’t think about wine at the butcher shop, but we do not slack off there. With our specialty license we can get all the highly allocated, small production wines out there. We have some mainstays, sure, but our walls do not look like the grocery stores. And we beat the grocery store on prices! We also offer 10% half case discounts, 15% full case mix/match!

We have a full stock of in house made prepared meals. Plenty of entrees like Lasagnas, Chicken/Meatball/Eggplant Parms, Meatloaf, Beef Stroganoff, Smoked Gouda Jerk Chicken Pasta, etc. Then we also have plenty of sides like Twice Baked Potatoes, Mac and Cheese, Horseradish Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Brussels, Creamed Corn, etc. And of course all sorts of Salads, Dips, Stews and Bisques!

I haven't yet bought a steak here, I usually get the prepared dishes but they've all been phenomenal. The next rare occasion I want a big-ass steak i know where I'm going.

So far, this place has the best ribeyes I've ever had the pleasure of grilling AND eating. I don't order steaks out anymore. The people who run the place are always pleasant, helpful, and attentive. Every time i go i feel like I'm part of a family. Today they went live with their online ordering platform. It's my wife's birthday but she's been running our daughter all over the place for hoco so it hasn't felt birthday-ish so I wanted to put together a really good meal and the online ordering made it super easy and they had it ready to go in under am hour. They also have a delivery option I'm sure to try on the future.

Great shop. Great people. I called around looking for 2 specific cuts - a hanger steak and an outside skirt steak. My usual place had neither. Another place I called 3 times with no answer and a full voicemail, and no response on Facebook (and they had 4.9 stars). This place, speaking to Adam, had the outside and checked their supplier about the hanger. I got a call back the next day from him to say they had sourced both, and could have it ready when I flew in a week later. I asked if he needed me to call closer to it. He said no, I will have it for you. I showed up a week later (Adam wasn't there). I asked the lady about the steaks, and she pulled them out (they were packaged just for me). They were packed fresh, and airtight, and were waiting for me. Adam had set them aside. They have a new permanent customer...and likely more when I spread the word.
