    Pablo the manager says my order was never received through the app even when confirming the mc Donald’s location and was rude and asked me to go inside and order and when I did he refused to help me and said I need to order on the kiosk after saying the app was not working I wanted to order from the desk and was denied and said they couldn’t honor the same promotion as I previously purchased which they never received and was so in helpful especially for being the manager

    This place is HORRIBLE, I placed an mobile order through the app and drive to the restaurant to pick up, in the app have the pick up code and the correct address. But the Dri-Thru employee said the address is not correct, also he don’t see my order in the system. I can see the attitude on his face when I ask where is my order, he said “ It’s doesn’t showing your order in the system , what you want me to do?” That is so rude. I was so hungry trying to to order something to eat. But this place never made me happy at all. Sometimes missing fries and other stuff in the bags. I come back the second time ask him is my order show up in your system yet? He still have the attitude and being rude. Also the app said the restaurant is preparing your order, and doesn’t let me cancel the order. 😀😀😀 He said I have to pay again for a new order. What is wrong with this man and this restaurant, I don’t understand… - The restaurant need to fix their computer, I believe is your computer not working. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 5/7/26 around 7:00PM .

    It is rare to obtain my order and find everything in the bag. They always miss something. I’ve been here several times because this area has lots of kids classes. It is the exception to the rule that they did not forget something. It could be your fries, your sauce, 4 instead of 6 chicken nuggets, etc. And when you go back to tell them, they are not gracious or apologetic. They just roll their eyes like this happens all day, which it probably does, and hand it over. I will never get anything in the drive through because I cannot trust them to not forget something, and I can’t even resolve it right away. Their staff needs a checklist.

    Went there to pick up an DoorDash order. Get told to go to second window. We get there and handed single large fries & a frozen drink. That is 2/3rd of what our DoorDash order was. We go back around because it’s wrong. Lady taking orders gets snappy and an attitude with us saying she has our DoorDash order, then what did the window guy give us? We trying to tell you, we have the wrong/missing things from our DoorDash order. She dismisses us and tells us to go to second window again. We get there, they take back the single fries and drink. Then have the audacity to correct us like we mixed the order saying “this is DoorDash bag, this what you get” whatever the window guy was saying since he didn’t speak clear English. Maybe communicate and think that we said we picking up a DoorDash order, GIVE US THE DOORDASH ORDER, NOT SOMEONE ELSES FOOD. Also, the fact they gave us the wrong order, they didn’t even ask for a payment. And now that I think on it more, I didn’t see the person in front of us on second drive thru pay for their meal. They got a small bag & a frozen drink just like we did, and she sounded confused when receiving it.
