  Jesse was our server and he was wonderful! Stopped in for lunch, although they were crowded, we were seated quickly, greeted timely by our server Jesse. As always, food was 10000/10, drinks were tasty and service was top notch. 👌 Best Tex Mex in the area!!!

  My wife and I were looking for a place to eat and spotted this Mexican restaurant off the highway, so we decided to stop and take a chance. We couldn’t be happier that we did! The food was amazing, the atmosphere was great, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Our server, Emily, was outstanding and made the experience even better. Definitely a hidden gem ,we’ll be back!

  La Hacienda Ranch in Colleyville on Hwy 121 consistently delivers a great Tex-Mex experience with a lively, comfortable atmosphere and friendly service, making it a solid spot for both dinner and drinks. Their drinks are a highlight, especially the skinny margarita, which is refreshing, well-balanced, and not overly sweet. It is perfect alongside their fresh chips and salsa. They offer multiple salsas, letting you switch flavors as you go. Emily’s Queso is another standout: a spicier take on traditional queso with just enough heat, and is especially good with their fresh, crispy chips. For food, the mesquite-grilled steaks and fajitas are a strong choice, adding a smoky flavor that sets them apart from typical Tex-Mex options. Overall, La Hacienda Ranch is a dependable Colleyville favorite for great margaritas, flavorful food, and a fun atmosphere that keeps me coming back.

  We came here for lunch and really enjoyed the food! The portions are generous, and everything we ordered was very tasty. I especially recommend the green enchiladas — they were delicious! 🌮💚 The restaurant itself is beautiful and has a nice atmosphere. However, unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. Our server, ILEANA, was not very attentive and, at times, spoke to us in a rather abrupt way. We simply didn’t feel very welcomed or well taken care of during our visit. The food definitely deserves a recommendation, but the service could improve significantly. A little more friendliness and willingness to help would make the overall experience much better.

  We came here to celebrate my mom’s birthday and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere has an incredible rustic charm that feels like a classic ranch straight out of an old John Wayne western. The food was outstanding across the board—the steak fajitas in particular had an amazing, authentic wood-fired flavor that really stood out. A huge thank you to Emelia for being so friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our meal. We will definitely be back!
