  Whataburger has great food. But they are real hit or miss on the service. I only meet with success on about half my online orders. I highly recommend skipping the app and ordering in person.

  Got chicken fingers from this place at 4pm and when I got home I was feeling fine but before I went to sleep the worst feeling of nausea. So I thought sleeping it off was a good idea so I went to sleep at 9pm. Woke at 10pm vomiting

  When ordering a burger at Whataburger during breakfast hours, I've come to expect to have to be sent out of the line for a bit of a wait; but this had to have been one of the top five longest times I've been trapped in a fast food drive-thru in a long time, and definitely the longest I've ever had to wait in line at a College Station fast food restaurant. At this location, I guess the dirty looks are free, because I got one when I paid, and then another sneer from the same server when she came out to the "VIP" line to deliver my bag of food. I wish I could have taken a picture of her face. Maybe that was just a bad day for her, but the mean disposition looked like she had practiced a while. Not so much as a grunt after I said thank you. The burger was fine, but the fries seemed like they had been sitting a while. I'm not even sure how that happens at breakfast time when they pretty much have to make the fries on the spot.

  I absolutely hate the fact that yall can’t take the time to get an order right. Also why specifically asked for grape jelly with my order and got none. I also paid for extra sausage patty per order and received none. No napkins and no straws. Not at all pleased.
