  On 5/5/2026 I was going to order a meal and went to wash my hands in the men's restroom and there was no soap to wash my hands the soap dispenser was broken and I couldn't get soap to wash my hands properly, I'm guessing the employees who uses that restroom doesn't wash their hands properly before returning to work,I walked out and didn't bother

  This is my favorite taco bell.The reason is because it doesn't matter day or night.When I come into this place, everybody is extremely friendly ready to help answer any questions that need be the management staff day and night are always on point.Keeping everybody focused while still having fun the lady taking my order last night.I believe her name was, layla is fantastic.Definitely management material, and it was very refreshing.Seeing such a smiling face and people going out of their way to make sure every single customer was happy .the atmosphere was awesome and just overall amazing.Five star service to the g m of this establishment, thank you for finding the best of our local area to serve our community.Amazing food good job, please keep up this good work.And everybody working last night.Thank you for making .My experience consistently amazing, thank you.Please keep up the good work everyone

  I normally come to this establishment during the day.But last night I had a hankering for some tacos when I walked into the establishment , I was immediately greeted by cashier the cashier was very attentive to my need. Her name is layla Since I have allergies she took my order was very sweet and even relayed.Back the allergy information to the people , preparing the food the entire restaurant was clean in the energy was high.They were busy at that moment.But every person on that shift last night , including the night shift manager was doing exactly what they needed to do to get things handled professionally courteously , and as nice as humanly possible i have never had an issue coming in here during the day.And now I can officially say that the day and the night crew of this establishment are all rockstars whoever the g m for this restaurant is keep up the good work you have made yourself in all star team i want to thank everybody that was working last night.The general manager and especially layla , that new cashier , sheis absolutely amazing.

  My wife and I came to this taco bell last night for two reasons, it's pretty close to our home.As well, this place has always had good service. But last night I don't know what has changed Like I said, the service was already good, but last night it was awesome to see employees vibing so well together.I would like to acknowledge two people from this restaurant. The night shift manager Ervin was assisting his employees it didn't matter which person needed assistance.Or asked a question, he was always answering the questions promptly with a smile on his face and jumping in to help his employees as well.It didn't matter the position . He brings an energy to the restaurant.That is really amazing.The second person I would like to acknowledge is I noticed there was a new cashier i'm a g m for another restaurant and I figured that they transferred a really good employee from another location.But she's actually a new hire, because we asked that same question.She was very knowledgeable, very attentive to detail.The lobby was amazing.I'm not sure if it was just her responsibility.I know restaurants is a team effort to make happen if any other customer came up and asked for any assistance she was there ready to handle whatever was needed we asked her name and her name is layla with your night shift manager and layla, the energy was high.And it looked like they were all having fun.And the work was getting done very efficiently we did not have to wait long for our food.It was exactly the way we wanted it.And my wife does do custom orders because she doesn't like certain things.And it was done to her liking . Everybody was dressed appropriately and looked very clean. With your new hire and a seasoned night shift manager and a seasoned crew on top of that, there is nothing that this crew could not handle and they handled it with grace and professionalism service like this is normally expected at a traditional sit down.Restaurant the fact that this is considered a fast food restaurant with that kind of mentality is amazing to me.In very mind blowing, all aspects of the restaurant industry need to be dealt with the same energy mentality and professionalism like these people showed us last night.We will definitely be coming back to this location and we will definitely be letting everybody know how wonderful the entire staff managers and new hires there that are amazing and to the general manager who hired miss layla.You're doing a great job.You have built a winning team.Thank you for doing everything that y'all did.And ensuring that our experience in your restaurant was five star .

  My husband and I came in late last night to eat the place with extremely clean. All the staff were amazing. They were quick to get our food out. The food was perfect. I will definitely be recommending anybody that goes to Taco Bell to go to this location.The manager i did notice was very helpful to all his employees, i have came here numerous times and it's always been great\nWhen I came in last night , I noticed that there was a new woman running the the register , and asked her her name , which she told me layla she is absolutely amazing.She is friendly.She's very sweet anything that I needed.She helped me with she's fast, as I have worked in the restaurant industry quite a bit.She is definitely manager or assistant manager material.I said, she's very sweet.She's very helping.She was very kind and fast definitely will be back again .thank you layla you were amazing and the rest of your staff that was there working with you and your manager were all amazing.Thank you , and have a blessed day.
