  We told them our order and they canceled it and left us sitting there without saying anything. If you don’t want to do your job then don’t get one. Whoever was on night shift tonight should really get a stern talking too. They make sonic look bad.

  Ordered 4 drinks, one was a large lemonade. Got our drinks, not a single one was a large lemonade.. when my husband asked about it the kid said “idk it’s probably lemonade and they might’ve put something in it” on top of that the bag they gave us was soaked in grease at the bottom and ruined the clothe interior of my car. Idk who the night manager is here but they need to get their ducks in a row. I’ve managed fast food restaurants for years 10 years, and this interaction I had tonight the was unacceptable and ridiculous.

  Insane 20 minute experience. As I pulled up I watched an employee walk behind the dumpsters for a smoke break. After pushing the button waiting about 5 minutes, watched said employee walk back inside while putting headset on to finally take my order. Seemed annoyed to be taking my order. Had “my” food brought out 3 separate times with each time being either someone else’s order or just wrong. Finally gave up on the third food order brought out even though I ordered a hotdog no chili cheese with K,M,M. Watched first employee take another 10 minute smoke break during the remaining 15 minutes of waiting. Zero hustle.
