  I have gotten many bags of ice here for years and never had an issue. Tonight I bought a bag of ice and the ice smelled and tasted like lard. I have a film in my mouth as if I put lard in my mouth. Just nasty! This ice bad was clean. Tell me how is this possible with a bag of ice? It seems like it was either an unsanitary procedure or purposely done. I have worked at sonic in the past as well and know how filling up ice bags is properly handled. Please be aware that either your food might be tampered with on purpose or there is some very unsanitary practices being used at this location now. It's a shame you can't trust someone with something as simple as ice. I will never go to this location again. To the guy that got my ice, if you did do this on purpose its pretty messed up to do something like that to someone you don't even know and was kind during interactions with you. I hope you change your way of thinking.

  4 times that I order a drink with cherries in it, and 4 times that they don’t actually put any cherries in there. Am I just paying extra for nothing?

  Took 20 minutes to get our food. And this was on a Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. in the middle of summer. Come to think of it, maybe that was the problem. No offer for ketchup or anything other than food that was haphazardly put in a bag. Chicken sandwich had three times as much Mayo as it needed to have. Tots were disgusting. After a 3-hour drive back to Fort Worth, a trip to the bathroom was necessary. My daughter left her pretzel stick and chicken bites so I guess that's the only reason why I'm giving this 2-stars on food. There was also a random van with a huge trailer that was blocking the exit so I had to back up and go against the flow. Not the kind of experience I've had with other Sonic locations.

  Went to Sonic on Harvey ordered and paid. And was waiting at the windows for over 25min for 2 burgers and tots. It looked like they were arguing in there and no one bothered to help us when we tried to get their attention. They flat out ignored us. Had to knock on the window and honk just to get someone to come to the window. The lady in the collard shirt gave us our food without even acknowledging or apologizing for the wait. And the whole time they were arguing with each other the food was just sitting on the counter. So got cold food and was deeply disappointed.
