  Me and some friends went to sonic just to get drinks, and the staff was extremely rude… normally I would not say anything, however this has not been a one time occurrence the past couple of times I have come past 7 the staff has been rude and not accommodating.

  I’m so sad. I love this sonic and it’s one of the best I’ve been to. I’m not even one to write reviews but my experience was diabolical this time around. I ordered the chicken sandwich with no pickles, as it plainly says on the receipt. The intercom lady was so nice and got down everything I said precisely. HOWEVER when the food came, I got my sandwich and mozzarella sticks but no tots, no ranch and the sandwich came with pickles… a crap ton I might add-.- AND THEN halfway through eating the sandwich after picking off all the pickles, I catch this long blonde hair in my mouth! EW. Honorable mention to the way the sandwich was wrapped and basically almost disassembled in the bag when I went to grab it. I’m disgusted and disappointed:( I love this sonic and I hope they get it back into shape.

  Went to this location because the location on Texas always messes up our order. After picking up an online order from this alternative location and coming home, noticed we didn’t have any of our tater tots. Me, being pregnant and angry couldn’t let Sonic get away with this again. So I drove all the way back to get the them. Wish they would’ve just looked at the ticket. As someone who’s managed fast food restaurants for years, that’s one thing I know we train hard on is reading the tickets before packing and sending out the order. It’s got to be the easiest part of the job but is always overlooked. Idk how Sonic keeps dropping the ball. I continue to be disappointed everytime we spend money on Sonic.

  Ordered a simple small Oreo blast after a hot day outside, was not busy at all at the time but during my 35 mins of waiting for a simple blast I watched as 4 cars come and go and then after I ringed the red button again, they acted like I never ordered. As I finally got my shake they said “whoever was taking orders put it on the wrong stall”. There has been numerous complaints about this place, management seems like a joke to not uphold any standards to their employees.
