This was possibly my worst experience at a sonic ever. I want to preface this by saying that the whole reason I chose to get sonic was because I wanted a big red, and I knew this location had it. I go to order my food on the app, and I get the new combo, but big red isn't listed as a drink option, it's on the regular menu but not in the combo selection. I try to call the location to ask them what I should do, and they don't answer, that's fine, I just order a Dr pepper and plan to ask them to change it when I get there. I get up to the speaker and I probably wait a good 5 minutes before I hear a barely audible voice ask what I want. I tell them I'm here to pick up two orders, and ask if they can change my drink to a big red, and I get the response "you already paid". I was confused and asked them to clarify, and they said "you paid for a Dr pepper, so you get a Dr pepper" I tried to explain the situation to them but they wouldn't budge, so I just ordered another one and pulled forward. On my app I have 1/2 price drinks, so I tried to use that, but they told me it was an app exclusive, fine, I paid my $4 for my drink that I already bought and received my food and two drinks. However they forgot the other order I came to pick up, and I had to wait again for them to get that one together. Then, with all the stuff in tow I finally got home to eat and lo and behold they forgot every sauce for both orders, and my chicken was cold. There was no line, there was barely anyone parked outside, this wasn't a case of forgetfulness during a rush, this was just pure incompetence. It's always this location too, the other locations are much more friendly and accommodating and I would recommend staying away from this one.
I’m not one to leave reviews, but this experience was incredibly disappointing. My husband and I ordered ahead through the app at 10:13 p.m. for a small chocolate Oreo shake and a small order of tots. We checked in when we arrived, and with only three cars in the lot, expected a quick stop. Instead, we waited over 20 minutes while watching cars that arrived after us get their food.When we asked about our order, the employee simply said, “It’ll be ready when it’s ready.” A few minutes later, he came back and asked what we had ordered, as if it had been forgotten. When our order finally arrived, my shake was wrong.
The wait was frustrating, but the lack of urgency, poor customer service, and incorrect order made it even worse. We came for a quick late-night treat and left wishing we’d gone somewhere else. Unfortunately, we won’t be back.
I got the garlic chicken wrap with my meal and it was thrown in at the top and the wrapper was just wadded around it and the thing was super tiny. Worst one I ever had, both in looks and taste. Here is a video of exactly how it looked when I took it out of the bag.

This place is insanely incompetent. Online order. Check in doesn't work. Go to a stall tell them my name. 3 different orders all with other peoples names get brought to my car.... Someone with a headset comes out and asks if I'm door dash.... No bro. Already gave y'all my name. My order was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago.
Something as simple as a route 44 ice water-served with a genuine smile. Thanks Kelvon
