  I have been to Saltgrass locations all over Texas. They have always provided great food and service. This is my first time at this location and it did not disappoint. Steaks were perfectly cooked and the truffle fries were nice and crispy. Ceaser salad was very good as well. Our waiter didn't skip a beat, quick service and refills without our glasses going empty. Top notch place 👌

  We went on Mother's Day with 9 people (we had a reservation, thankfully). The place was PACKED but calm & organized. Our hostess, Cassidy, was fantastic. She greeted us with a beautiful smile and kept us informed while we waited. She even thanked us on our way out. When we were seated, Tyler was our server. He came right over, introduced himself, told us about the specials (in a natural, not rushed way), and took our drink orders. He came straight back with our drinks, answered all of our questions and took everyone's order. His professionalism was incredible. He came back to ask us how our food was and I told him that my honest opinion was that the ribs were dry. He insisted on getting me new ones and they were brought out pretty quickly. They were actually delicious!!! I think it was just a fluke with the first rack. Anyhow, the rest of our experience was absolutely great and everyone's food was outstanding. And, as if making it right wasn't enough, Tyler even gave me a coupon for a free appetizer on my next visit. I will definitely be back and I'm looking forward to it.

  The ribeye was a bit disappointing, but the service was great. My wife's ribeye looked way better.

  Dining Room Is A Little Dark & Tables Are Close Together (I didn't particularly enjoy the patron at next table with too much cologne) Food is Good Excellent Service

  Great dining experience tonight. I called ahead to make sure they had Prime rib and if it would be an issue to get in as a party of two.( College Station is crazy crowded this week) That interaction started our evening off because of the nice and helpful young lady who answered. We got there and were seated promptly with Riley our waiter coming over to greet us right away. He stayed on point for anything we needed and was just genuinely pleasant. Food was tasty and cooked well. I would choose the ribeye over the prime rib. Would return and recommend!
