  One of the employees was very nice and sweet. She calmly explained that my order was not paid for which made me realize that the online payment did not go through.

  Riddle me this batman: 1. Pizza hut charges $5 for delivery and keeps that money, then wants us to tip the driver. 2. THEN they send a 3rd party delivery driver. Does the 3rd party delivery driver get that $5 delivery fee? Or is PH just screwing people out of an extra $5? Not (edit*) knowing really bothers me. The food is great, but the unethical business practices cause me more problems than lackluster food. New Edit, Reply to 'Owner' response: Lets do this publicly. I am not sending you an email. "Why?" you may ask... Because you already know you charge this fee. You charge every delivery this fee. No need to try to go out and try to save public face and act like, "Aww this guy never emailed us to give us a chance to work on it." No. You charge everyone. The problem is: 1. WE don't mind tipping. 2. WE don't understand why there is a $5 delivery charge if it is not going to the driver. 3. YOU should let us know where this money goes, because many of US take it out of the tip because YOU could afford to pay better without charging us extra money. AND NO, we don't want some corporate bs line, we can read the T&C. *Tag* PH, you're it.

  This might be the WORST Pizza Hut location ever! EVERY SINGLE TIME I order a pizza for delivery, they forget at least one topping. One time, they somehow straight up forgot the SAUCE entirely. Just look at the pizza -- it’s completely white!!! How do you even forget the sauce on a pizza? What makes this even more infuriating is that delivery ends up costing almost 1.5 times the normal price of the pizza after all the extra fees. When you’re paying that much more, this is absolutely NOT the level of service you expect. Even when they issue a refund, they only refund the price of the pizza. They do not refund the service charge, taxes, or delivery fee. So I still end up losing money because of THEIR mistake. I’m paying for toppings and a properly made pizza, not an incomplete order that nobody bothered to check before sending out. Completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing!
