While dining in the staff were laughing and yelling profanities at a volume that everyone in the dining room could hear. Drive-thru wise, I don't think anyone actually works it. I waited in line for a bowl of soup for a ridiculously long time; when I pulled up to the window, I could see employees in the kitchen but there was absolutely no one manning the drive-thru window. They saw me sitting there waiting for my food but avoided eye contact and did not come to work the drive thru even after seeing me. It took forever for someone to finally give me my food. Very disappointing.

A door dash driver carelessly took a wrong order even though he took a picture of the receipt not paying any attention to its accuracy.Ms. Luisa an incredibly friendly and welcoming employee broke down in tears as she felt blame…I witnessed a female Manager show her such reassurance and kindness that is rare for the workplace now days, giving her a comforting hug and time to compose herself. Both Luisa and this Manager are great examples of a good work culture,I would love to have these two in my restaurant! Always keep smiling!

Management is not apologetic for being slow. This visit I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for my order. It was supposed to be ready at 12:58. It’s currently 1:30
