    We got a couple sandwiches closing time may 17. There was a young lady working with our sandwiches already done when I walked in. When we got home I realized this was an unforgettable sandwich and I'm lucky to have hit the lottery with good service being at such a premium! Fantastic work, good luck in whatever you do

    So I went to Jimmy John's on Rock Prairie on Wednesday for lunch. While I was checking out I watched an employee walk behind the prep station and pick up lettuce and other items off the floor and throw it in the trash. She then turned around and grabbed bread dough from a bind to put on a baking sheet and did not wash her ungloved hands. I got the feeling this is a common practice and will not be returning to this location.

    I work for a senior living community, and today we brought our residents out for an outing followed by lunch at Jimmy John’s. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. When my director went inside to speak with staff, she was spoken to rudely by the manager, who was not wearing a nametag or I would have included her name. They mentioned they had “so many orders” and seemed visibly frustrated, but that does not excuse disrespectful behavior. To make matters worse, another employee responded with an exaggerated “ohhhhhhh” in a mocking and rude tone. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially when serving the public. We were planning to dine inside with our residents, and I’m honestly grateful we did not, because I can only imagine how they might have been treated. As a community that supports and advocates for seniors, respect is extremely important to us. Due to this experience, we will not be returning.

    It took 30 minutes to deliver our on-line order, and we only live 1 mile away. The delivery person did not get our drink orders correct, and he was extremely rude when I pointed it out. I called the manager, who promised to re-deliver the correct drinks. We waited for 45 minutes for the drinks before giving up. I discovered the drinks on the front porch the next morning. The sandwiches as sold are bland, we could not add items to them to spice them up using their really poor app. Although Subway does not deliver, we feel the bread and other options offered by Subway are definitely better than our experience with Jimmy John's.
