- KRKristina RidleySep 18, 20261.0This H-E-B literally made it so I don’t wanna step foot another H-E-B again just ,because I was browsing and looking for a leave air conditioner and a collagen. I was followed by an employee and asked me if I needed help but when I said no, they stood there, and they watched me while I was looking for a certain collagen. This made me feel like I was stealing when I was literally looking. I’ve never been asked for help in my entire life from H-E-B so this one made me feel very uncomfortable and I will never step foot should be again and I will let others know this as well.
- SSSeanSep 12, 20262.0I love HEB and I love this store... HOWEVER they have a serious issue with their diesel pumps. They dispense diesel at about 1 gallon every 83 secs (we timed it) so it can take almost 30 mins to fill up a 25 gal tank. They certainly have a mechanical issue (clogged filter or malfunctioning sensors) and we've told staff about it for 2 months now and they never seem concerned or do anything about it. They have the best groceries and lowest gas prices, but no idea why they won't fix this issue. Its very frustrating. Edit: Will update to 5 stars if they do fix the issue! Thanks for the reply.
