    First time visiting this location. Service was terrible. Young people chatting and playing constantly. Gave me a cold hot coffee and I had to ask them to heat it up. Upsetting. Coffee drinkers nightmare. Ordered a breakfast sandwich-the bacon was raw. The bread was flipped inside out and given to me like they did a fantastic job. I returned the sandwich and asked for a refund because I had enough of the terrible service. The coffee itself was terrible, a terrible product. Never again would I order a coffee or food item from DutchBros again.

    **UPDATE**…just a month ago I praised this location for getting a big order right during a very busy day and praised the training and professionalism. Unfortunately. I may have spoken too soon. Went by on 05 August 2026. There were only a few cars in line. Got to window, paid for my drink in cash and left with my favorite…a lemonade with a green tea. As I was driving down the road and reached for my drink I saw the initials “PP” on the lid (see photos). I did reach out to the customer care line to express my concern with the unprofessional juvenile behaviour and was told it was code for another drink and dismissed. The problem with that is that there were only three or four cars in the drive through, they were far from busy, my drink is no where close to the one referenced with that particular code, and I couldn’t help but notice all the ladies in the shop as I pulled up to window were huddled around some device watching some show or video laughing and reacting to whatever they were watching and having a big ol time. As I told the customer care line on my reply this is not only unprofessional and juvenile given the color of the drink I got, it shows a lack of attention to detail and a lack of discipline while at work. What if I had a special request due to an allergy and because the staff was engaged more with Tik-tok or you tube shorts I get something in my drink I’m allergic to. Would they be laughing if I had to go to the hospital? I can’t help but think maybe. Extremely disappointed by the lack of discipline and attention by the staff on this trip. It does back up one of the other reviews on this forum not too long ago that basically talks about the staff just standing around and “chit chats” causing the long lines. To be fair…the customer care line finally did say they were going to forward my complaint to the operator. Let’s hope this updated review and the one or two others here saying the same things show a pattern to the operator and are addressed in a timely manner and this location can get back to excellence. After all the operator does have cameras all over the place and corporate encourages managers and operators to consistently check in on their employees via the camera system. Not expecting perfection, just professionalism with a healthy dose of fun. Lemonade with green tea and hot cocoa (when cold) still the best. The team at this DB is always so nice and pleasant, no matter the time of day. They always get the orders right. The Operator of this store has done a very good job hiring and training good people. Keep up the good work.
