    Mia has an attitude problem! Crew lead for today…refused to give me her manager's name, shook her head and rolled her eyes. Was on her phone when we pulled through the drive window. Acted like she definitely didn’t want to be there. Never had a problem before and order there frequently through the app. I anticipate while she’s leading the crew, there will be more problems.

    We waited literally 30 mins for our online order when we went through the drive thru. The guy working was so rude and wasn’t polite at all. Won’t be back again.

    We were in the drive thru and the worker taking our order was extremely rude. She was talking to another customer while taking our order and she goes “I was not talking to you.” Then she had something that we didn’t order on the screen and we simply said we did not order that as she goes I know! Your order is right. then she was repeating back the order and she said caramel instead of vanilla and we simply said we did not order caramel and she goes well. “What did you order?”super aggressively. We left the drive through line and went to dutch bros instead. Will not be returning.

    Bugs/flies in the donut cases! Serious problem. First time there, did not buy walked out. The counter person response to the bug problem when brought to her attention was “Oh”. Dunkin you can do better.
