  Went through drive through and it was a busy night for dq but when i finally got to the mic i spoke as clear and loud as i could and somehow i wasnt heard properly, i was given the wrong drink and instead of getting the drink i asked for in the first place, i was given the same drink after the person at the window "asked" the person who was on the mic if i said that i wanted that specific drink. and we can tell by the drinks that yall severely need to clean yalls soda fountains, if i can taste it in my drink then theres clearly build up in those machines.

  Tonight was the 2nd time in the last 2 weeks that I have visited this location between 10-10:30pm and both times they were out of sweet tea.

  THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING. I had pretty much stopped eating at most DQs because many felt dated, the food was mediocre, and the service was lacking. But this one—wow. The restaurant was clean, tidy, and looked newer. The food was excellent. But most of all, the customer service was impeccable. Carl and the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience was enjoyable. I will definitely be back.

  Usually I don’t do reviews but this was crazy. I got a hot fudge sundae and maybe had 1/2 pump of hot fudge. I’ve been here a couple times and it’s the exact same. I don’t know why i just keep hoping they wil change and it’s the one closest to me. :(
