  Burritos have been completely unavailable for more than a month. No signage (I think this counts clearly as false advertising). Employees act like its your fault if you ask for a burrito.

  Really disappointed with my visit. This was not the first time the area has been extremely messy, but today really solidified my decision to cease business with this place. I have worked at Chipotle so I know how hard dealing with costumers can be. I also know how operations and sanitation should be! The tortilla warmer was broken which was okay. Then they ran out of steak, again fine. HOWEVER, I had flies standing on my food while in the process of being made. The line employee on the toppings left to go get more corn salsa, again I was fine with that. While she was gone, flies began gathering on ALL 3 unattended bowls. I said something like any normal person would do, because that’s just unsanitary.The employee SAW the 3 flies on my bowl when I asked if I could have it remade due to me feeling uncomfortable eating food that had contact with that many flies. The line employee on rice and meat was very polite and immediately remade it. I thanked her and apologized for the inconvenience. Afterwards, the entire kitchen began belittling me saying I was being very picky and extra. I felt very embarrassed and upset, because I was trying so hard to be understanding, but flies on food that you are paying for is a VALID reason to be upset. I get dealing with customers is hard, but pro tip, if you’re going to complain about a customer, wait until they are gone ! Never coming back to this location. Super disappointing. Even more disheartening seeing a place represent a respected franchise like this.

  I come around 3 times a week, but today was just disappointing. I usually get double or even triple meat on my order. When I ask for a little more, I do so when my portion WAS underserved. Last time I was told by a kind employee to just ask for a little more sometimes, so I employed that tactic today and was met by a rude and dismissive lady serving me. She could've been like "hey sorry we can't" and left it and id still be a little annoyed. I wouldn't have had to write a review. Once I am done going through my 2000 chipotle points, I am INSPIRED to start MEAL PREPPING at HOME!!! WORST SERVICE (also runs out of half the toppings past 9 pm!!!!)

  Always running out of important items. How do i show up at 5:30pm on a Monday and you don’t have any tortillas. Literally the most important item. This isn’t the first time either, vast majority of the times I’ve been here they’re out of at least one thing i want.

  The restaurant was not clean. The tables were dirty and had not been properly cleaned. The machine used to warm the tortillas was broken. Unfortunately, the steak was tough and difficult to eat, and the chips were also hard. Overall, the food quality and cleanliness were disappointing.
