    Worst customer service!!! They forgot to make my catering order that I submitted 24 hours in advance. The manager would not even come talk to me or apologize. Do Not use them for catering! This is the most unreliable restaurant I have ever used. Never got an apology, even accused me of picking up from the wrong location until I showed them my confirmation. No wonder they have a 2.5 rating.

    While customer service was lovely and oustanding, I discovered a DEAD FLY in my carry-out when we got home 15 min. later. The corporate customer service number was 1. Hard to understand 2. Infuriating in that they expressed no surprise or concern and were very vague about their willingness to replace my meal. "They would have to look into it." They wanted my email address without telling me why,, or what they were going to do with it. GRRRRRR! The representative could not explicitly tell me that she was going to send me a voucher or coupon to replace my meal. "They would have to look into it."

    Bought a big order, including my usual high-protein tacos, and we were really disappointed. The tacos were practically empty—almost no sour cream, barely any corn, and, most importantly, nowhere near the advertised portion of protein. What made this especially frustrating is that this is part of your new high-protein menu, which I’ve been ordering religiously. I know what these tacos are supposed to look and feel like, and this was nowhere close to the usual standard. The quality of the food today was also cold and no crispy. It was really disappointing, especially for such a large order. I hope the team reads this review and makes it right.

    this place is getting so ridiculous. Every time i go here they are out of most things and today they literally had NO PROTEINS AT 6 PM!! The restaurant was nearly empty, not busy at all, and they said the wait for protein would be at least 20 minutes. This is probably the 4th time in the last 6 weeks I’ve came here and they were out of several items. What is going on with this place? UPDATE: I came back an hour later & now they say they are completely out of burrito bowls. I get to the end of the line and see plenty of them behind the counter. I’m then told that those are only for online orders, as an employee is actively making one for themselves. I don’t know who is running this store, but even the employees openly admit how poorly it is run. Can’t make this up.

    I’ve had enough of this spot.. I go to chipotle all the time, usually multiple times a week and I will take the longer trip to the university location every time from now on. They rarely have more than one meat to choose from, always are out of main ingredients, never have vinaigrette, rarely have mixed veggies.. they obviously don’t want customers by the way they look at you. I feel bad because i know it’s probably a frustrating job to have, but it’s not an every once in a while thing. this location NEVER has HALF the things you’d expect a normal chipotle to have. the other day they had no meat. actually ZERO. and it starts in the afternoon not even late at night before close when I would understand a bit more. after a long time putting up with this and not making a big deal about it I won’t go here again enough is enough. They're probably happy to hear it too. This store needs serious change.
