  This is the third time now I placed an online order and they somehow “don’t have it” - I have to show them my confirmation email and then wait for them to make it. You place an online order for the convenience, yet I have to wait an additional 20 minutes for food I pre ordered. Staff also seems to hate their job as they always seem annoyed that they have to interact with customers. Don’t even bother placing an online order, they won’t receive it and claim it never came through. When I finally got my bowl, the protein portions were slim to none. I paid extra for chipotle lime sauce on my bowl and it was not on there. I also redeemed rewards for a side of chipotle lime sauce, didn’t get that either.

  They were out of food yes. Because this is a busy restaurant and they can't accommodate the amount of ppl that come in. I waited for fresh steak and fresh vegetables. They also gave me a complimentary drink of my choice for the wait. Management handled the situation superbly. So if your hungry for Chipotle on Wellborne come early. This location is always packed despite the negative reviews.

  Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to and definitely the worst in town. This chipotle has the rudest employees who don’t care about the customers at all. The food is never seasoned and is always bland and they always give half scoops of everything. Once did the drive through and the girl held my food out the window before I even got there and basically threw it at me into my car. Just drive to the ones on university they are way better we need to stop giving this one business until they reevaluate and hire new staff

  I’ve never seen a restaurant run out of ingredients so fast and so consistently before. You have to keep stock up on like 20 something ingredients at a time, it shouldn’t be that hard to constantly have everything you need. Sad to say, if you show up any time past 5pm get ready to see multiple signs on the door saying they’re out of cheese, chicken, sour cream, cilantro lime sauce, etc. Genuinely I don’t think I’ve ever been here for dinner and seen all protein options still available. I’m not sure who’s tracking how much stock they use in a day and how much to order at a time, but they should be fired.

  Without a doubt the worst chipotle in College Station. They never have enough servings, so don’t think about asking for double steak. It’s actually funny because the grill master in the back is slicing steak up as im typing this, and eating it off the cutting board with his fingers. A piece of steak missed his mouth and it fell back on the cutting board with the rest of the meat. 🤮 This place needs to be shut down or get new management. My God! Also, the manager just randomly decided to say they weren’t taking cash when I had counted out my money. I went ahead and left the food, and took my business elsewhere. I was actually uncomfortable sitting in line while I watched the guy in the back eat the steak that apparently they ran out of. 💀
