Every single day they are missing multiple items on their menu and make no effort to compensate. Whoever the store manager is has not been able to learn from their past mistakes and continues to under stock on all items.
- ELEthan LogginsAug 23, 20261.0I placed an order through door dash. I ordered a bowl and a kids meal. They had the same amount of food. I have to say, I'm extremely disappointed. I eat chipotle every single day and sometimes twice a day. Considering DoorDash is about twice the price, I would not expect half the amount of food. I would rather go the extra 5 miles to the other chipotle in town than deal with this again. Also, I NEVER, leave 1 star reviews… I cannot stress enough, very dissatisfied.

On three occasions where I’ve waited in line for over 10 minutes, they run out both chicken and steak and either won’t offer to make anymore or they say it takes over 30 minutes. Then on two other occasions, the employees let people cut to the front of the line. I had three different people cut in front of me and the employees let them. I asked the employee if they allow cutting, and he said “I guess, sorry”. Please don’t go here, I’m frustrated each time I go.
- KSkennedy stylesAug 22, 20261.0It's a Saturday night and you don't have fajita veggies , sour cream, or cheese and how I know they're lying is that there is a whole tub of cheese next to the tortillas and they didn't want to walk 3 feet to grab it and instead told us they didn't have any left in the whole building. Because of this my burrito contained about 3 main ingredients instead of the typical 6-7 while still paying the same price.
- AHAlex HilgerAug 17, 20262.0This location is just so unimaginably slow and frequently has 20+ cars in drive thru waiting for over 30 minutes to get food ALREADY MADE AND PAID FOR. Also this specific locations frequently gives smaller portions to mobile orders which leaves you waiting for 30 minutes do food you ordered an hour ago just for it to suck and be portioned for a 5 year old.
