I was the only customer in line, and it took a long time. I ordered an ice cream sundae. The scoops were small...three to four of their pink spoon bites. Totally not worth the $8. This was one of the worst Baskin-Robbins experiences I have ever had.

I placed the order a week in advance for my brother’s graduation, but when I arrived the cake still wasn’t ready. The cake was also supposed to be purple, yet it was printed blue instead. No one in the store could explain what happened or offer a real solution. I paid $65 for a custom cake for a very important occasion, and the staff was completely unhelpful, only saying they “didn’t know what to do” before giving me the incorrect cake anyway. Overall, very unprofessional and frustrating experience.

They will either forget you’re ready to order or forget you at the window. Just don’t even bother showing up you won’t be able to get anything there.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
