    Placed an order on the Sonic app. Checked in at the stall and waited for at least 30 minutes! Had to call the store and was told by Cameron that "they had it right there and that it was on the way out". I still sat there another 5+ minutes after that! The last few times I've been to this location it has been this way. This will by my last time here! There is NO excuse for that! They weren't busy and there were two carhops!

    This sonic can do better, at one time they were the best in the business, now it's like they're annoyed to have customers. I hope they work out the kinks.

    The Manager, She refused to make my 1 order of the chillie frito pie because I asked for it to be remade after sitting a waiting for them to correct my order after multiple missing items. Worst Sonic in my life, will be contacting again.

    Anytime you PAY fir extra you dont get extra. When you order sauces in the app you still have to ask for them. If you accidently press the wring drink they wont just have good customer service and swap it for you, no you have to order another one. Yes i understand if its “your fault” if you do but ive worked in fast food and customer service and you are allowed to do stuff like that to satisfy the customer. And today i go there and they have a girl literally running peoples food to their car???? Shaking it all up!! Wth goes on here
