  Incompetent workers couldn't get a simple drink or right. 1 lag Cherry limeade no ice. They put strawberry puree in it. 1 lagr sprite with nerds & watermelon flavor. They literally made a lg sprite with nerds and added mago to it. Yukkkk

  Waited 45minutes for food then it was the wrong order!! Waited another 20minutes for right order!! Can't make this up at all..

  Up to the permanent order I ordered a route 44P small ice cream and a slushy, a large order of cheese sticks, a medium order cheese sticks and two orders of gravy fries and I never got the gravy fries when I called back to explain what had happened not only did the manager get confrontation with me when I was trying to explain to her, but my frustration that kept growing because she couldn’t get the fact that I ordered them but the guy that took the order was so incompetent that he didn’t get them on my order, but there was so much stuff on the order. I couldn’t see the entire screen to make sure of it last time I’ll ever go to this place Again

  Placed an order on the Sonic app. Checked in at the stall and waited for at least 30 minutes! Had to call the store and was told by Cameron that "they had it right there and that it was on the way out". I still sat there another 5+ minutes after that! The last few times I've been to this location it has been this way. This will by my last time here! There is NO excuse for that! They weren't busy and there were two carhops!

  This sonic can do better, at one time they were the best in the business, now it's like they're annoyed to have customers. I hope they work out the kinks.
