Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- KKKekeJul 1, 20263.0food is good and always hot. but their wait times are crazy. most of the time i wait at minimum 30 minutes for my food and thats when i go both during day and night times. feel bad for the workers here, i know they try their best but something needs to change with the environment too. always feels hostile going in there.
- JMjames martinJun 30, 20261.0Just ordered 4 jr burgers with cheese, 4 medium fries, and 2 chocolate shakes. $44 total. Took forever to get food and over 10 minutes for shakes. Manager stood around like she didnt care. Cheese didnt come with burgers. Place was pretty messy as well.

- JBjeff beversJun 4, 20261.0This is the perfect location to make a lots of money due to its location near the chemical plants and the availability and being open 24hrs. However, this place is hit or miss, mostly miss. You can be the first or second car in line in the drive thru and be there waiting for your order anywhere from 10-15 mins. You get your order and drive to work, (3-4 mins to get into the plant) and when you walk in to sit down and eat you food is luke warm or cold. What was the long wait for if my food is not fresh. You can be the 5th or 6th car in the drive thru and by the time you get to the window, you would think the other cars got the fries and thinking yours will be hot and fresh, negative, still cold and old. WTH...and your order is usually wrong or something is missing. You check the receipt and it was rang up correctly, but the cook/counter help just decided to do what they want. No sauces, ketchup, napkins and/or even a straw. Long waits, terrible quality of food, service without a smile. This is not an isolated incident. I have worked at my plant for 19 yrs so I have been going off and on for my tenure with the company. We joke around about what is going to be wrong with our orders. This place is in need of a management make over.
